After approval from the Plan, your sign-on ID and temporary password will be sent to you via email at the address you submitted for the agency email address.

Multiple agents can be assigned under one agency by selecting the ‘link’ button at the bottom of the registration form. Commissions are paid at the agency, not agent, level.
