Mission
Make essential property insurance available to responsible applicants in Oregon when they are unable to secure overage through normal insurance markets.
Coverage
Our coverage is basic and is written on the following Insurance Services Office (ISO) forms:
- Dwelling – Rented/Owner-Occupied: DP-00-01
- Farm Dwellings & Appurtenant Structures: FP-00-12
- Commercial Building-Standard Property: CP-00-99
Coverage only provides the basic perils of Fire, Extended Coverage (EC), which includes Windstorm, Hail, Explosion, Riot or Civil Commotion, Aircraft, Vehicles, Smoke and Volcanic Eruption) and Vandalism and/or Malicious Mischief (VMM).
