Every policy issued by the OFPA carries a Policy Writing Minimum Premium of $125.

In the event of an early cancellation, OFPA retains $125 of premium as a minimum.  Any  unearned premium in excess of the $125 minimum premium will be returned directly to the insured, on a pro-rated basis.

If facultative reinsurance was purchased, a minimum written premium amount of $5,000 will be retained.  If the reinsurance premium amount exceeds $5,000, the unearned premium will also be returned to the insured on a pro rata basis.
